ABSA's June 2013 Bank Technician Learnership Programme is targeting 250 participants.

The applicants must be younger than 30,

Unemployed with a valid matric certificate with no criminal and credit records.

The unemployed graduates must also be under 30, with a B-degree or a three-year tertiary qualification in one of the following fields:

• Human Resources
• Risk Management
• Information Technology
• Marketing
• Financial Accounting
• Financial Management.
