•Mathematics (Core Maths not Maths Literacy) – pass mark on either HG or SG ,
•Required symbols - HG: A, B, C, D, E or F or SG: A, B, C, D or E
•English – pass mark on either HG or SG
•Required symbols for English: A, B, C, D or E (HG/SG)
•2nd official language – pass mark on HG/SG
•Required symbols for 2nd language: A, B, C, D, E, F

4.Working experience within the Financial Services industry advantageous
5.Post Matric Business Degree/Diploma and/or certificate at NQF Level 5 or higher advantageous – our preference is for graduates 40/60 split although we acknowledge that it might be difficult to find for the monthly allowance allocated

7.Age profile of 22 years plus preferable due to the previous experiences on disabled learnerships – relates to social barriers.* we understand this could not serve as qualifying criteria as per the Halo effect*. (Even 25+ years will be good)
8.Duration of the programme – 10 months fixed term contract with the option to extend the contract with a further 2 months depending on the progress of learners on the programme.

10.Monthly allowance : R 5,000
